This program is designed for students who have already secured full-time employment and seek continued support to help them thrive and grow in their new roles.

A program designed to empower graduates with practical guidance for adapting and thriving in the Australian workplace, while also supporting their employer to ensure a smooth and successful integration process.

What we offer

• Individual coaching: personalised support in the first few months in the workforce including check-ins and site visits.
• Workshops and coaching: to help build confidence, skills, and industry knowledge for seamless integration.
• Orientation and onboarding: learn about Australian workplace culture and expectations.
• Workplace language assistance: understand Australian workplace terminology.
• Guidance on contracts and rights: understand the employment contract, rights, and additional workplace assistance on offer.
• Employer support: assistance for the new employer to enhance cultural capability and promote a positive multicultural work environment.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the program you must:

• Have recently graduated from an institution in South Australia
• Be within your first six months of having started employment. What this means is that you have already started a full-time role!
• On a bridging visa, graduate visa, or skilled visa (SA international graduate stream).
• Have consent from your employer and their commitment to participate in the program.
• Able to commit to the six-month program and attend at least two workshops
• Commit to wrap-around support, including check-ins and site visits
